Guarantee
Our training come with our unconditional guarantee to meet your expectations
or you receive a full refund. If you are not satisfied with the training
as of the break, please return your training materials to the instructor.
Refunds are processed within thirty days.
Registration Confirmation
Registrants receive written confirmation of their registration.
Advanced Registration Required
Registration fees are due in advance of the training and must be paid at the
time of registration. Registration can be made online, by phone, fax or mail.
Payment can be made by credit card for online, phone, or fax registrations
and by check or credit card for mailed registrations.
Cancellations & Substitutions
No fee is assessed for cancellation notices received two weeks prior to the
training. Cancellation notices received after that time, but prior to the
date of the training, are assessed a $20 fee. "No shows" or notices
received on the day of the training receive no refund.
If you are unable to attend the training, you may substitute another individual
without penalty. However, for proper record keeping, please notify us in advance.
Special Requirements
If you have a disability that prevents full participation in the training,
contact us at least two weeks prior to the training to ensure reasonable
accommodations are made to suit your needs.
